Join Kristina for a Winter Solstice Celebration Honoring the season 
of rest and introspection. We will begin with a meditation followed by a Solstice Ritual paying homage to the 7 directions. (East, South, West, North, Above, Below and Within.)
After the Ritual we will have a short quiet time for reflection and journaling followed by a shared “feast” of snacks.
Please bring your notebook or journal and snack to share. Coffee, tea, water and popcorn will be provided.
